A 7-week programme combining nutritional science and gut-directed hypnotherapy — one of the most clinically supported approaches to digestive health that almost no one is talking about.
You've done all the work.
the food journals, the specialist appointments. You have read enough about gut health to be dangerously conversant in the topic at dinner parties. And still — your digestive system remains unreliable, unpredictable, and exhausting to manage.
Here is what most approaches miss: your gut has a nervous system of its own. It is in constant, bidirectional communication with your brain — and that relationship is not incidental to your symptoms. For many people, it is central to them.
This is not a suggestion that your gut problems are imaginary, or psychological, or something you’ve thought yourself into. It is the opposite. It is the science of why managing only the physical side of digestive health so often produces partial results — and why addressing the brain-gut axis directly changes the picture entirely.
Gut-directed hypnotherapy (GDH) is not an alternative to evidence-based treatment. It is evidence-based treatment. It has close to four decades of peer-reviewed research behind it, is recognised by major gastroenterological bodies, and is considered one of the leading psychological interventions for conditions like IBS — with outcomes that consistently outperform many standard medical approaches.
What it does, in clinical terms, is modulate the brain-gut axis: the two-way communication network between your central nervous system and your enteric nervous system (the one that runs your digestive tract). When that network is dysregulated — as it frequently is in chronic gut conditions — interventions that address only the physical side of the equation tend to produce limited, temporary results.
GDH works with both sides. That is why it works.

Working with Brie earlier this year to prioritize healing and support my body amidst a chaotic year was
one of the best decisions of my life

This is the beta round of the programme, offered to six clients at a significantly reduced rate in exchange for feedback that will shape its final form. Full price upon relaunch: $927.
If you have been sitting with gut symptoms that conventional approaches haven’t resolved, and you are genuinely open to an evidence-based method that works differently — this is the moment to do it at the lowest price it will ever be.
Okay I'm in!

The advice Brie gave day one I was able to put into play that same day. My digestion is perfect, I'm not a bloated mess anymore and none of the changes have been HUGE. I've accomplished more energy and better sleep by making small additions
zero subctractions

I’m a sceptic. Is this actually science?
Yes. Gut-directed hypnotherapy has close to four decades of peer-reviewed research, is endorsed by major gastroenterological bodies, and is considered a first-line psychological intervention for IBS. The links above the FAQ are a reasonable starting point if you’d like to read the evidence before deciding.
Do I need a formal gut diagnosis to join?
No. Many clients come with diagnosed conditions like IBS or IBD; others come with chronic, undiagnosed symptoms that have never received a satisfying explanation. Both are appropriate. What matters is that gut health is genuinely impacting your quality of life and you’re ready to address it properly.
How does the hypnotherapy actually work — what does a session feel like?
Guided, focused, and calm. You are aware throughout. The sessions use specific language and visualisation techniques targeted at the gut — developed and refined over decades of clinical research — to modulate how your nervous system communicates with your digestive tract. Most people find it considerably less strange than they expected, and noticeably effective faster than they anticipated.
What if I’ve already worked on my nutrition?
That is, genuinely, useful groundwork. The nutritional component of this programme will build on what you already know, fill the gaps that may exist, and ensure it’s working in concert with the hypnotherapy. The two are designed to reinforce each other — and clients who already have nutritional literacy often move through that phase quickly and spend more time on the brain-gut work, which is frequently where the remaining change is waiting.
Your body isn’t a problem to solve. It’s your superpower.
